Co-Management Agreement

Terms are negotiated between Landlord and Co-Manager.  Both parties may agree to alter terms during management.  Month-to-month agreement terms.

Non-Negotiable Terms

Late Fees

Late fees are always kept by the landlord

Either party can set late fee amounts and penalty dates.


Property management contracts are month-to-month


Landlords must provide 30-day notice, along with a final month of earnings.

Bonus Payouts

Management bonuses are paid out over time to protect the landlord

Always amortized.

Co-Managers continue to earn their leasing bonus until original lease expires.
